Sigrid Mattson earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management – University of Minnesota. She spent the bulk of her early career in Marketing for Fingerhut Companies and North American Membership Group. After an extended sabbatical (raising 3 children), Sigrid joined ICS in 2022 as Office Manager. She leads the back office at ICS (HR, Payroll, IT coordination, administration, and more). Sigrid lives in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. She and her husband, Wade, have three children: Ivy, an artist and art teacher, Ally, a student at Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC-Chapel Hill, and RJ, a student at the University of Alabama, along with a Havanese dog named Scootie.
