Sandy spent the first 22 years of her career with a top regional CPA firm where she obtained a variety of experience helping many companies set and achieve goals through budgeting and forecasting.

Just prior to joining the team at ICS, she wrapped up a role as CFO for a multimillion-dollar restaurant franchise.

Her passion is delivering services that go beyond organizational expectations. Her expert technical abilities allow her to understand all the ins and outs of an organization, guiding them to achieve success.

Sandy is a North Dakota native where she currently resides with her husband and their dog, Jack. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and learning new things.
