Mary Kosch received her Accounting & Finance degree from The College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Mary began her career with Deloitte in their audit practice, serving a wide range of clients from large manufacturing companies to small tech start-ups. Through Deloitte and then her freelance career afterwards, Mary assisted tech startups with the planning and execution needed for a successful IPO. She also spent time on Deloitte’s business development team, assisting Partners expand the national audit practice by developing sales strategies, presenting market trends, and producing deliverables used in proposals.

After her time at Deloitte and in the freelance world assisting with IPOs, Mary knew she wanted to work side-by-side with entrepreneurs, which brought her to ICS. With a CPA background, Mary not only brings the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure financial statement accuracy but also a forward-thinking mindset to help with cash flow projections and financial modeling to help small business owners reach their goals.

Mary and her husband, Jason Kosch, a consultant at ICS, live outside of Bend, OR. Outside of work, Mary enjoys hiking and running through central Oregon, snowboarding that their local resort, and kayaking on rivers and lakers in the summertime.
