Jim brings 45 years experience in accounting, financial, and operations management. He has acquired unique skills in quickly identifying critical issues, creating practical solutions, and working under the pressures of crisis situations. Jim has expertise focusing on balance sheet restructuring, improving cash management, restructuring and renegotiating debt, and improving and maintaining financial controls. He has also provided interim CFO services to a number of companies.
Jim received his BA from the University of Minnesota and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He currently serves as Treasurer of the Minnesota CPA Society’s PAC Board of Trustees, Chairman of the Board of the Hobey Baker Memorial Award Foundation, Treasurer of Hope Presbyterian Church of Richfield and Past Chairman of the Audit Committee of the National Turnaround Management Association.
