After graduating from St. John’s University and earning his CPA license, Jason started his career working at Deloitte & Touché in their audit practice. At Deloitte, Jason worked with both private and public companies, mainly in the manufacturing and utilities industry. After working at Deloitte, Jason wanted to move his career towards helping smaller businesses where he could make a bigger impact. Jason has been with Integrated Consulting Services since 2019.

While with ICS, Jason has worked with companies across various industries, and loves helping business owners achieve success. Jason’s expertise and abilities as a CPA ensure the accuracy of financial statements, while his future-oriented mindset aids well in strategic planning and providing small business owners with a foundational knowledge of their business’s finances.

Jason lives in Sisters, OR, about 20 minutes outside of Bend, with his wife Mary Kosch, who also works at ICS. In his free time, Jason loves all things outdoors, whether it’s going out on the trails, skiing on the local mountains, or floating down the river in a kayak.
